The first step in restoring your item is sandblasting to get rid of old worn out existing coating and rust to ensure a proper clean surface for the powder coating to bond to. Powder coating is a partially cured resin with pigments of color that is ground up in a fine powder. It’s applied to parts with an electrostatic spray gun. After application, items are placed in an oven to complete the cure cycle of the powder coat to a hard, decorative finish.
The result is a brand new look for your old item that will protect it and keep it looking new for years to come. In terms of color, we have a large selection of different colors and textures for you to choose from.
Simply call, email us, or upload an image for an estimate on any metal item that you would like to have restored. If you stop by, bring the item, or a photograph of it, with you and we can get started right away!
